Mutual Success

SUXXEZZ k.s. was founded in 2005 by Alexander A. Layton in Bratislava. Right from the beginning, the focus laid on covering the great needs for local supplies with developments of well-assorted retail parks and standalone units in CEE regions that were previously underserved.

Far-sighted investors, international retailers and committed partners quickly found themselves for these concepts and a success story developed from this time that continues until today. Geographically, the model is suitable to be multiplied and expanded into new regions in order to consistently close local market gaps.
