Profile: cities over 15,000 inhabitants, plot sizes between 4,000 and 6,000 sqm, all networks, suitable for the construction of 900 to 1,800 m² building land, ideally situated at intersections of major roads or roundabouts, existing trade area (hyper market, shopping mall, retail park, Cash & Carry, DIY, etc.), unrestricted access ways, clear ownership.
